3. Market & Operational Risks

Cryptocurrency and digital asset markets are inherently volatile, unpredictable, and subject to rapid and significant price fluctuations. The following risks exist and are not exhaustive:

• Market volatility: Asset prices may decline sharply without warning

• Liquidity risk: Insufficient market depth may prevent execution at expected prices

5. No Financial or Legal Advice

By using SourceXPro products and services, the client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SourceXPro and its affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• The client's use of our software or services

• The client's violation of any applicable law or regulation

• The client's breach of these terms or any agreement with SourceXPro

• Any third-party claims related to the client's trading or financial activities

WARNING: Digital asset trading involves substantial risk of loss. You should not invest funds that you cannot afford to lose entirely. By using the SourceXPro platform, you expressly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to this Risk Disclosure in its entirety. We collect and process only the minimum data necessary for service delivery, platform security, and legal compliance.
